The Geriatrics, Interprofessional and Interorganizational Collaboration (GiiC) Toolkit was developed collaboratively by the RGPs of Ontario, the Centre for Education and Research in Aging and Health, and the North East Specialized Geriatric Services.  A wealth of clinical resources are provided, including tools and self-learning materials on over 20 relevant topics with a focus on interprofessional practice
